Yes. The $249 setup fee includes your first full month of service. No subscription is charged until month 2. After that, you choose your billing cycle.
Is the setup fee refundable?
No. The $249 covers the time spent configuring your clinic, building your branded page, and onboarding your team. This work is done regardless of whether you continue.
Can I switch billing cycles later?
Yes. You can switch between monthly, quarterly, 6-month, or annual billing at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Starter, Clinic, and Pro at any time.
What counts as a "doctor profile"?
Each doctor listed on your clinic page and available for booking counts as one profile. Staff accounts are separate and don't count toward this limit.
