Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the DocCliq platform as a clinic operator. By registering a clinic on DocCliq, you agree to these terms.
1. What DocCliq Provides
DocCliq is a clinic management platform that provides:
- A branded public booking page at yourclinic.doccliq.com
- Online patient appointment booking and slot management
- Doctor and staff scheduling tools
- Automated booking confirmation and reminder emails to patients
- A management dashboard for bookings, reports, and billing records
2. What DocCliq Does Not Provide
DocCliq is a scheduling and operations platform only. We do not:
- Store, process, or transmit medical records or health data of any kind
- Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
- Act as a healthcare provider, medical intermediary, or regulated health service
- Guarantee the availability or actions of any specific doctor or clinic
- Process payments on behalf of clinics (payment processing is the clinic's responsibility)
The clinical and professional responsibility for all patient care remains solely with the registered clinic and its practitioners.
3. Clinic Responsibilities
As a registered clinic operator, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your clinic, doctors, and availability
- Honour booked appointments or notify patients promptly of any changes
- Not use the platform to collect or store medical or health information through any field
- Comply with all applicable local laws, healthcare regulations, and data protection requirements in your jurisdiction
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share account access
- Not use DocCliq for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose
4. Account Registration
Each clinic must register with a valid email address and accurate clinic details. One account represents one clinic entity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. DocCliq reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.
5. Payments and Billing
DocCliq does not currently charge a subscription fee during the early access period. Pricing terms will be communicated with reasonable notice before any fees are introduced. Billing records for patient payments are managed within the platform but all payment collection is the clinic's responsibility. DocCliq is not a payment processor.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep DocCliq available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from platform downtime.
7. Intellectual Property
DocCliq and its design, software, and branding are the property of the DocCliq team. Your clinic name, logo, and content uploaded to your clinic profile remain your property. You grant DocCliq a limited licence to display that content on your public clinic page.
8. Termination
You may close your clinic account at any time by contacting us. DocCliq may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your public clinic page will be taken offline. Booking history data may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
DocCliq is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocCliq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including missed appointments, scheduling errors, or patient dissatisfaction. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered clinic operators by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
